The first preview picture is blurry. Why?
- No need to worry! Your flag will be high quality and high-resolution in every detail. To accomplish that, we need an according file to begin with. The original file size is simply too big to be previewed. Check out preview pictures 2 and 3 to see a more detailed artwork and to get an idea of how the flags will look like.
Where is my tracking link?
- The average production time after receiving your order is 2 days. Once your product has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with all the information you need to track your order. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update. Shipping takes up to 10 days, depending on your location.
My Mood Flag is damaged. What can I do?
- Please always check your delivery upon arrival. If the product is damaged or there is a printing error, feel free to contact us. You can send us your order ID together with some pictures of the damaged product and we are happy to send you a new Mood Flag for free. You can contact us here.
Why is there no refund outside of Europe?
- We deliver unique, print-on-demand products. That makes every flag a personalized item, which is not refundable. However, if you are unhappy with your product, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are happy to help and find a solution. If you live in Europe you have 14 days to refund. Find more information here.
